A one-on-one design session to discuss your venue vision, color swatches, spatial layouts, and custom backdrop concepts. Includes a moodboard and detailed itemized setup quote.
We will conduct this consultation via phone call at your scheduled time. A 25% deposit of the total event cost and a signed contract are required at booking to secure your date (both applied toward your final total). The deposit is fully refundable if canceled 7 to 14 days before the event, but non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.
